Cancellation, Payment and Refund Policies

Below is our payment, refund and cancellation policies.

CONVENIENT PAYMENT PLANS

We are pleased to offer a convenient plan to allow families to book camp without paying a large sum up front. Pay just 40% of the fees at checkout and the remainder in 2025 (2 instalments for March Break, 3 instalments for Summer programs) . Cancellation / Changes

We reserve the right to cancel, change or substitute any program at the camp if a minimum number of participants have not registered 3 weeks prior to the program start date.  

MARCH BREAK Registration Dates

  • A deposit of 40% of the camp fees is due upon registration
  • Remaining balance is paid in two instalments: January 24th and February 21st. The system will automatically charge the card on file.
  • March Break camp must be paid in full at checkout, for registrations  made between January 1st and March 9th
  • Early bird pricing ends December 2nd, 2024
  • Payment plan ends December 31st, 2024 at 9pm. Starting January 1st all registations musts be paid in full at checkout
  • Refund requests made up to and including February 7th, 2025 will be fully refunded less a $35 admin fee per camper registration or can be credited to Summer 2025.
  • No refunds for March Break after February 7th, 2025. You may transfer your balance to Summer 2025.

SUMMER CAMPS: November 18th-March 1st early bird pricing $385

  • 40% of Summer camps fees paid at time of registration
  • Remaining balance automatically charged to the credit card on file in equal payments: January 17th, March 14th and May 16th (payment dates are fixed regardless of when you register)
  • As of May 1st full payment is required at checkout
  • Requests for cancellations made up to midnight on May 31st will be fully refunded minus a $35 administration fee

SUMMER CAMPS: March 2nd- May 31st PRICE INCREASES to $425

  • 50% of Summer camps fees paid at time of registration
  • Remaining balance automatically charged to the credit card on file 4 weeks later.
  • As of May 1st full payment is required at checkout
  • Requests for cancellations made up to midnight on May 15th will be fully refunded minus a $35 administration fee

May 16th onwards

  • Any cancelation requests received from May 16th onwards will result in a credit for 2026 camps if a 2025 program transfer cannot be accomodated
  • payment in full required at checkout

Program Transfers + Overdue Payments

  • Transfers from one camp session to another, can be made only by written request to: info@createucamps.com and are always subject to availability.
  • Campers will be refused admission to any CreateU program if the session fee has not been paid.
