Cancellation, Payment and Refund Policies

Below is our payment, refund and cancellation policies.

Cancellation / Changes

We reserve the right to cancel, change or substitute any program at the camp if a minimum number of participants have not registered 3 weeks prior to the program start date.  

January 2nd to February 14th (Early Bird Pricing)

  • A $50 non refundable payment can be made to secure camp spots
  • Extended care must be paid for, in full, at the time of registration
  • Remaining balance is paid in two installments: February 9th and March 8th. The system will automatically charge the card on file.
  • After February 9th, the remaining balance will be charged on March 8th only.
  • Please note early bird pricing for March Break ends January 30th, 2024

February 15th to May 31st (Regular pricing for Summer Camps start)

  • 50% of Summer camps fees paid at time of registration
  • Remaining balance automatically charged to the credit card on file one month later
  • As of May 1st full payment is required at checkout
  • Requests for cancellations made up to midnight on May 31st will be fully refunded minus a $35 administration fee
  • March Break camp must be paid in full at checkout, for registrations  made after January 30th

June 1st onwards

  • Any cancelation requests received from June 1st will result in a credit for 2025 camps if a 2024 program transfer cannot be accomodated
  • Please note we will hold back a $15 processing fee from this 2025
    credit

Program Transfers + Overdue Payments

  • Transfers from one camp session to another, can be made only by written request to: info@createucamps.com and are always subject to availability.
  • Campers will be refused admission to any CreateU program if the session fee has not been paid.
