Do I get a tax receipt?

Yes! Your receipt is downloadable from your Parent Portal on registration system site (please note your login credentials for the Amilia website). We will also send it to you via email as you make any payments.

Do you allow children under 4 to attend?

Our minimum age to participate is 4 years of age at the start of camp.

Are your indoor spaces air conditioned?

Yes, we are extremely fortunate that our locations allow plentiful natural outdoor spaces, and also bright and air conditioned indoor spaces in case of inclement weather.

How is your staff selected?

Our lead staff are all educators (certified teachers and early childhood educators), with several years of experience working with children in educational and camp settings. Rest assured that our screening and hiring process is rigorous, and we pride ourselves on having many of the same amazing staff join us year after year!

Do you offer a sibling discount?

We do not. We offer steep discounts in the form of early bird pricing. We have worked extremely hard to keep our camp cost relatively low. We pride ourselves on offering innovative and engaging programming at very competitive pricing

Do you offer single / drop in days?

Single day camp registrations may be offered throughout the summer based on availability. Updates will be posted on the website.

Do you offer subsidy?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer subsidy at this time.

What are your camp ratios?

Our camper: counsellor ratios Kinders 8:1 School age: 10:1

Do you offer transportation?

At this time, we do not offer any bussing services.

What if my child just does not adjust to camp?

Camp should only be a positive experience. Always. We live and breathe by this philosophy. If your child joins in at camp and gives themselves three full camp days to adjust and find their groove, but still decides they do not want to continue at CreateU camps our HAPPY CAMPER GUARANTEE means you will receive a full refund (less the three days your child attended) NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

“I signed my son 11 and my daughter who is 9, up for the Aug camp. My son didn’t want to go and was insistent that he was only doing one day, but he ended up going every day and loved. Their favourite activity was making the mind jars and they have used them several times. Every day was something different. I would highly recommend this camp to everyone, the camp leaders were amazing, they loved being with every single child there and they all loved being there. We will be back!
